Anyone ever gone to an all school years reunion?
My little small town where I graduated from high school from is having an All School Years Reunion which is for everyone that attended school that is still alive and kicking. I hated high school there. I moved from a big city to a small town. I was never accepted and never had friends that I hung with. It was a bad experience. So, naturally I never went to any high school reunions. Now I am dating someone from that school and he wants me to go to the 30 year reunion. I said I would (roll eyes). My friend is all excited and wants me all dolled up. Hair, pedicure, etc. I guess there is a party at one classmates house later on for our particular class. Big whoop. Anyway, any good, bad experiences for anyone?
I have a lot of relatives in the town, so I guess I could chum with them if worse comes to worse. At least I didn't get fat and I am at my lowest weight ever, but just older.

I still have a few years until my first reunion, but my dad was almost in the exact same position as you!
He told me stories from all the reunions he went to where people who were mean to him were appologizing to him, and sometimes didn't even remember being mean to him, and now one of them is his best friend!
You never know, you could end up walking out of there with your head held high, letting people know what they've done to you in some way or another, and who knows maybe even a couple semi-new friends.
It's better to do it than wondering later on down the road "what if?"
